Happy Halloween to all!

Faelyn is now 4 months old and is 27 inches, 16 lbs. 10 oz. Yep- we are expecting her to be taller than Daddy in about a year. We have had a great fall and we cannot wait for her to experirnce the Chicago winter.

Faelyn is really enjoying tummy time now and doesn't get so frustrated about it...has yet to roll over but she is soooo close! Come on Rolly!

She has started eating some rice cereal. When I say "eating" I really mean getting it in her mouth, looking at us, looking at the spoon, letting most of the cereal ooze out onto her bib, looking back at us. Have no fear- pictures of this extravaganza coming soon.

Faelyn and Ainsley have finally met...

and there are pictures to prove it. Over the Columbus Day weekend Karl, Melissa, and Ainsley came to Chicago so the girls could meet. It was a short but great weekend of dressing them up and getting photos done. We cannot wait for the next time. Enjoy!

Faelyn's 1st trip to Denver

was amazing. it was also her first time on an airplane- as we knew she would she was a very good baby...not even a peep. We had a great time visiting friends and famly in Denver. Seven Weeks old and still growing.

Yep. It's true everybody! Went to the doctor last week for some major shots and Faelyn is 24 inches and weighing 12 lbs 6 oz.
Went to our friends Dana and Bilal's wedding (08/12/06) It was wonderful and they looked great. Plus Faelyn got to see some old friends.

Erica and Fuzzy's wedding was this past Saturday. July 29th and it was great.
It was also the first time Faelyn had been around so many people at once.

We got all gussied up aren't my girls gorgeous


Then we had to make sure Faelyn had the proper sunshine attire.




And of course there were plenty of people to help out

she did great. granted she was sleepy most of the time, but she was great.
It was a short day out as it was really hot so Faelyn decided to try on a new outfit when we
got home. It was a onesie she borrowed from her cousin Ainsley.

Hello all.
Faelyn Erin is exactly one month old today. So I thought I would update the blog with some pictures of some more people who have come over.

We also received a crib from our friend Alex. looks great in Faelyn's room.
















We went to the Doctor today. Faelyn received number two Hep B shot. I think it was a little more traumatic for Sara and I then it was for Faelyn. Then we got home and got our new couch delivered. Faelyn has already tested it.

Can you believe I have waited this long to post again??

wonderful things are happening. Faelyn is almost two weeks old and we are slowly adjusting. slowly!
but more and more of our friends are coming over and because of that I feel that I should take pictures of them with our daughter. enjoy

and today we took our first trip out of the house.
Sara and I were definately more nervous than Faelyn. She was fast asleep for most of the trip.
